Milnrow Medical Centre, Rochdale, is a state-of-the-art development with sustainability and longevity at the forefront of the project. It is our target to achieve BREEAM Excellent status and Operational Carbon Net Zero.
The solar panel scheme is designed to power the entire building on renewable energy and the development includes a host of innovative technologies to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact. The development part of NHS England Exemplar scheme.

Community
Milnrow and Newhey Medical Centre in Rochdale is a part of the NHS England Exemplar scheme. To enhance the surroundings, the NHS Forest provided 500 native trees, creating a lush green space. In March, UHD organised a community tree planting event, involving three local schools and community members.
